Nebraska senators advanced a bill that would require just one license plate on vehicles. LB279 would take effect in 2029 and eliminate the front license plates.
Lexi Rodriguez, a former Husker and current member of LOVB Omaha is a finalist for the AAU Sullivan Award. The award is presented to the most exceptional athlete at any level from college up.

“Garfield The Movie” was rescheduled to Monday, March 17, at 1 p.m. The free movie at the Seward Rivoli Theater is open to all ages. The movie is PG rated, and the Rotary Club asks guests to bring canned goods or toiletries items to be donated to area pantries. The Rotary requests all children to be accompanied by an adult.
