PROCEEDINGS OF BUDGET HEARING, HEARING TO SET PROPERTY TAX REQUEST AND REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLEASANT DALE BOARD OF TRUSTEES The following is a condensed version of the minutes from the September 10, 2020, meeting of the Pleasant Dale Board of Trustees. A complete copy of the minutes is on file with the Village Clerk’s Office and posted at the following three places: the Community Hall, U.S. Post Office, and the American Legion bulletin boards. The next regular meeting will be held October 8, 2020. The Chair noted The Open Meetings Act as posted on the East Wall. Members Present: Jerry Allen, Dennis Hill, Jeff Oehm, Leroy Trease, Leslie Thomas. Also Present – Clerk: Amber Karel. Pleasant Dale Board of Trustees convened on September 10, 2020, at 7:00pm for a Budget Hearing and Hearing to Set the Property Tax Request. The Chair opened the Public Hearing for the 2020-2021 Village Budget. No public input. The Chair closed the Public Hearing for the 2020-2021 Village Budget. A regular meeting of the Pleasant Dale Board of Trustees convened on September 10, 2020, at 7:01 p.m. Approved the 8/13/2020 Regular Meeting Minutes. Approved the 8/13/2020 Public Hearing Minutes. Approved the 8/18/2020 Budget Workshop Minutes Buildings – Gutters on West side and seams leak on Fire barn. Fire – Burger night went well. EMS conference this weekend, 4 EMT’s will be attending. Parks – Need to buy a new weed whip. Ordered part for slide. Water/Sewer – Water Operator-Coliform test negative. Leroy attended a lagoon class. Expecting the aerator back in a couple of weeks. Planning and Zoning – Quarterly meeting will be held September 17th. 2 Wellhead Protection signs in need of fixing/replacing, will work on the HWY 103 sign first. Building Inspector turned in report of Non-compliance for Cedar Street property. Approved Village Budget 2020-2021. Approved the 2020-2021 Property Tax Request and adopted Resolution 2020-03. Water Loan pay off-Approved to pay off water loan amount. Adopted Resolution 2020-04 No Parking Sign. Recycling- Discussed Uribe details. Tabled. Blue Stream Internet – Not interested in moving forward with this project. Garage Door maintenance building – Discussed replacing garage door on maintenance building – approved to purchase door and do electrical work. Maintenance job/posting – Discussed adding background check and drug test to job description. Approved the Revenue Report and the following Claims.
