PROCEEDINGS OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLEASANT DALE BOARD OF TRUSTEES The following is a condensed version of the minutes from the August 11th 2022 meeting of the Pleasant Dale Board of Trustees. A complete copy of the minutes is on file with the Village Clerk’s Office and posted at the following three places: the Community Hall, U.S. Post Office, and the American Legion’s bulletin boards. The next regular meeting will be held September 8th, 2022. Pleasant Dale Board of Trustees convened on August 11th 2022 at 7:00 p.m. The Chair noted the posting location of the Open Meetings Act on the East Wall, as required by law. Members Present: Jerry Allen, Dennis Hill, Jeff Oehm, Leroy Trease, and Leslie Thomas. Also Present – Clerk: Kristi Bridgford. Approval of the 7/14/2022 Regular Meeting Minutes. Commissioner’s Reports. Buildings – need to get a screen over the fire station gutters to prevent balls from clogging down spouts, would be nice to get a hydrant installed at the maintenance building. Fire – Ambulance is here but not in service yet need to get proper license from DHHS, get fully stocked and move the medical supplies from current rescue truck. Parks – Spray infields again, weeds accumulating, Streets – Nothing to report. Water/Sewer –Had a positive Sample, got it cleared up, retested came back clear and negative-working on well project bids. Other Reports Planning and Zoning – Nothing to Report. Sheriff’s Report-Given to board- Building Inspector/Permits – 1 current 1 under revision, it has not been issued yet. Business P&Z Member and Alternate- Zero Applications received for Alternate Member. Municipal Annual Certification of Program Compliance 2022 Public Roads. Discuss Budget Salaries for 2023-discussed pay increase for board and employees. Draft up ordinance for raise. Reviewed Revenue Report and Claims.
