Annual gives week starts April 26

The fourth year of Seward County Gives, which runs April 26 to May 1 features projects from eight Seward County communities: Beaver Crossing, Cordova, Milford, Pleasant Dale, Seward, Staplehurst, Tamora and Utica – 39 organizations in total

Lunch on the Lawn will happen Tuesday, April 29, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. This is an opportunity to engage with participating organizations. If you donate $10 or more to one of the Lunch on the Lawn organizations, lunch is on us.

Also that day, 104.9 Max Country will broadcast live, What’s the Scoop will be on site and giving a portion of the proceeds back, the Pleasant Dale Volunteer Fire Department will be serving lunch, and there will be a chance to win prizes.

Daylight Donuts will be on site in communities through the week. Other events are also planned.

Seward County Gives is a 501(c)(3) organization designed to give local agencies the opportunity to educate and connect with donors. One hundred percent of match sponsorships are passed to the organizations that participate, and every organization is ensured a portion. All funds are locally held and distributed.
