BROMM, LINDAHL, FREEMAN-CADDY & LAUSTERER 551 North Linden Wahoo, NE 68066 NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO PLEASANT DALE VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT BOOSTERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pleasant Dale Volunteer Fire Department Boosters, a Nebraska Nonprofit Corporation (the “Corporation”), previously organized under the laws of the State of Nebraska, did: (i) amend Article VI to provide that the Corporation shall have Members, and (ii) amend Article X as follows: 10.1 Amendments to these Articles shall require the assent of a majority of the voting power of the Board of Directors, except in the case of an amendment to the number of directors, the composition of the board, the term of office of directors, or the method or way in which directors are elected or selected and 10.2 In the case of the exceptions, then the assent of two-thirds of the votes cast, or a majority of the voting power, of the members shall be required.
