Dave and Karen Martens of Seward will celebrate their 50th anniversary this week. They were married Sept. 22, 1973, at First Lutheran Church in Kingsley, lowa.
Their family members include son, Michael, Downers Grove, Illinois, and daughter, Amy (Kyle) Royuk, Seward, and five grandchildren.
