Milford salutatorian Nolan Eickhoff gives a flower and a hug to his parents, Jennifer and Karl Eickhoff, during MHS' commencement May 13. Nolan reflected on the seniors’ tumultuous four years of high school during his address. The class lost part of its freshman year as the COVID-19 pandemic ramped up in 2020, and it was in kindergarten when the school adopted its district-wide theme, “Everyone has a story…make yours worth telling.” “Every story has a bad part. Every story has a downfall. That’s what makes your story worth telling,” he said.
