INVITATION TO BID Sealed Proposals for the “Milford Pool Slide – Furnish Only” project for the City of Milford, Nebraska, JEO Project No. 131207, will be received by JEO Consulting Group, Inc., Attn: Dave Henke, 142 W 11th Street, PO Box 207, Wahoo, Nebraska, 68066, until 11:00 am on the 27th day of February, 2014, and thereafter will be read aloud. The work consists of the following approximate quantities: 1 LS Pool Slide – Furnish Only Proposals will be taken for said furnishing Goods and Special Services listed above by unit prices, as an aggregate bid for the entire project. All Proposals for said furnishing Goods and Special Services must be made on blanks furnished by the ENGINEER. Plans, Specifications and Bid Documents may be inspected at the office of the City Clerk, Milford, Nebraska, and will be issued by JEO Consulting Group, Inc., 803 West Norfolk Avenue, PO Box 1424, Norfolk, NE 68702. A payment of $25.00 to cover partial cost, none of which will be returned, needs to be paid prior to plans and specifications being sent out. In order to bid the project, the plans and specifications must be issued directly by JEO Consulting Group, Inc. to the bidder. The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to waive informalities and irregularities and to make awards on bids which furnish the materials that will, in their opinion serve the best interests of the City of Milford, and also reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids.
