Knisley Angela Ostrander PLEASANT DALE Jerry McFarland STAPLEHURST Donna Thompson UTICA Gary Ehlers Garry Dittmar Dennis Richters Village of Utica Issue No. 1 Shall the Chairperson and Village Board of Trustees of Utica, Nebraska, impose a sales and use tax in the amount of one and one-half percent (1 1/2%) within the Village of Utica, Nebraska, upon the same transactions within the Village of Utica on which the State of Nebraska is authorized to impose a tax which shall continue into perpetuity; devoting the local option sales and use tax as follows: For the Village's Economic Development Plan, for the relief of bonds, and for improving infrastructure, capital improvements, and less reliance on property tax; and shall the Village increase its budgeted restricted funds for fiscal year 2014-2015 by $70,000 (2.33%) over the current year's restricted funds?
