NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ISSUE BONDS EDUCATIONAL SERVICE UNIT NO. 6 IN THE STATE OF NEBRASKA Notice is hereby given that Educational Service Unit No. 6 in the State of Nebraska (the “Unit”) has authorized the issuance of its General Obligation Bonds, Series 2017 (the “Bonds”), pursuant to the Public Facilities Construction and Finance Act, Section 72 2301 et seq., Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, as amended (the “Act”), in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $1,500,000. The Bonds are being issued for the purpose of providing the necessary funds to finance the acquisition, construction, improvement, equipping and/or furnishing of educational facilities and related improvements to be used on a joint and cooperative basis between the Unit and Lancaster County School District 0148 (Malcolm Public Schools). The principal of the Bonds is expected to be repaid no later than December 31, 2047, with annual debt service payments to be made on such Bonds in the approximate amount of $105,000 each year through maturity. A copy of the resolution authorizing the issuance of the Bonds may be examined during regular business hours at the Office of the Administrator, 210 5th Street, in Milford, Nebraska 68405 for a period of at least 30 days following the date of publication of this notice.
