NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is given that the Seward County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 2nd, 2016, at 9:30am, Seward County Courthouse, 529 Seward Street, Room 204, Seward, Nebraska, with regard to the following: Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit to construct a renewable energy installation and operation, of a 1700 KW/1.7 MW Wind Energy Conversion System on a tract of ground located in the NW1/4 of, Section 27, Township 11 North, Range 2 East, Seward County, Nebraska. Information on the proposed action is available in the Seward County Zoning Office. The public’s comments and concerns are welcome at the time of the public hearing.
