NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is given that the Seward County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 31, 2015, 7:30 p.m., at the Seward Civic Center 1616 Bradford Street, Seward, Nebraska, with regard to the following: Proposal of Seward County Board of Commissioners regarding possible amendments to the Zoning Regulations of Seward County, Nebraska, pursuant to Article 11, Section 11.01 of the Seward County Nebraska Zoning Resolution No. 2567 (2007). The proposed amendments relate to regulations for adult establishments. The proposed amendments would affect Sections 2.03.12 to 2.03.21, 2.03.413, 2.03.414, 4.09.01, 4.09.02, 4.10.01, 4.10.02, 4.10.03 (paragraph 6), 4.13.05, 4.14.10, 6.02, 8.08.04, 8.08.07, 11.03, 11.03, and 12.01, of the existing regulations, and would add a new Section 3.40 Adult Entertainment Regulations, and a new Section 9.06 Remedies for Violation, Penalties, and Enforcement Generally. A copy of the full text of all proposed amendments is available at the Seward County Zoning Office and the Seward County Clerk’s Office.
