NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd, 2014 at 9:30 AM in the County Commissioners room at the Seward County Courthouse, Seward, Nebraska, for the purpose of considering a project for which financial assistance is being sought from the Federal Transit Administration, pursuant to the Federal Transit Act (FTA), generally described as follows: To consider the 2012-2013 Application for Public Transportation Operating Assistance and consider schedule changes for 2014-2015. Proposed Schedule: Monday: AM – Southwest section of County to Seward, PM – Seward to Seward Tuesday: AM – North section of County to Seward, PM – Seward to Seward Wednesday: All of County to Lincoln & Seward to Seward Thursday: AM – Southeast section of County to Seward, PM – Seward to Seward Friday: All of County to Lincoln Saturday: Seward to Seward At the hearing, Seward County will afford opportunity for interested person(s) or agencies to be heard with respect to the social, economic, and environmental aspects of the project, which is made available to the general public. Interested persons may submit orally or in writing, evidence and recommendations with respect to said project.
