NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Village of Pleasant Dale, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing for consideration of the application of Emil and Dianne Turek requesting a Zoning Ordinance amendment of Section 5.17 minimum lot area from 20 acres to 5 acres and that Section 5.22 be modified to allow 3 animal units (AU) in the first 5 acres and a maximum of 1 AU permitted for every 1.25 acres between 5 and 20 acres; and a maximum of 1 AU permitted for every 2 acres above 20 acres. The Planning Commission of the Village of Pleasant Dale Nebraska, will hold said public hearing on June 20, 2019, at 4:00 pm.
