NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Village of Pleasant Dale, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing for consideration of a Zoning Ordinance amendment of Section 5.22 to allow 2 animal units (AU) in the first 5 acres and a maximum of 1 AU permitted for every 2 acres above 5 acres and amend Section 3.3 to add an animal unit definition for goats. The Planning Commission of the Village of Pleasant Dale Nebraska will hold said public hearing on July 18, 2019, at 4:00 pm.
