NOTICE PUBLICATION FOR POSSIBLE BIOLOGICAL FATHER Notice is hereby given to the possible biological father of Baby L., expected to be born March 10th, 2019. 1. The name of the father or possible father of said child has initials A.R. 2. The description that has been given of the possible biological father is as follows: Caucasian, 5’9” with short, brown, curly hair, brown eyes and 24 years of age. 3. The approximate date of the conception of said Child was June 15th, 2018 and occurred in Milford, Nebraska. 4. The biological mother currently intends to place L. for adoption. The approximate date for the placement of the child is March 18, 2019. 5. You may deny paternity, waive any parental rights that you may have, receive 3 hours of professional counseling at no cost to you, prior to executing a relinquishment and consent, relinquish and consent to adoption of the child, or file a notice of objection to adoption and intent to obtain custody, at anytime during the pregnancy, or within 5 business days after the birth of the child; or if notice is provided after the birth of the child within 5 business days of this notice, whichever is earlier pursuant to Neb. Reissue Rev. Stat. §43-104.02, or object to the adoption in a proceeding before any Nebraska court which had adjudicated you to be the biological father of the child prior to your receipt of notice; within 5 business days after the birth of the child, or if notice is provided after the birth of the child, within 5 business days after receipt of the notice or within 5 business days after the last date of any published notice provided, under section 43-104.14, whichever notice is earlier. 6. In order to exercise these rights or to receive additional information to determine whether you are the father of the child in question, you must contact the Nebraska Children’s Home Society at (402) 451-0787.
