NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the Office of the County Clerk, Courthouse, Seward County, Nebraska for the electrical wiring for the Beaver Crossing Patrol Building. Sealed bids will be received by the Seward County Clerk until 9:45 a.m., Tuesday, June 3, 2014. Said sealed bids to be addressed to “County Clerk of Seward County” at Seward, Nebraska 68434, and plainly marked “BEAVER CROSSING PATROL BUILDING BID”. Specifications and quantities are available at the Seward County Highway Superintendent’s Office, Courthouse, Seward, Nebraska 68434. As an evidence of good faith in submitting a bid for this work or for any portion thereof as provided in the proposal form, the bidder must file with his proposal a cashiers check or bid bond, which must be executed on the Insurance company’s bid bond form, in amount of 10 percent for which the bid is submitted.
