NOTICE To whom it may concern, the property located at 617 South D Street, legal description, Lot 4 in Block 2, of the Milford Skyline 2nd addition, in the City of Milford, Seward County, Nebraska, is in violation of Milford Municipal Ordinance Code, Section 4-301 et seq. as relates to the general prohibition against maintaining nuisance conditions within City limits, and Milford Municipal Ordinance Code. If the nuisance condition is not abated or, a request for a hearing before the city council is not made to appeal the determination of the nuisance conditions within 5 days of this publication, the City of Milford will move forward with the abatement of the nuisance conditions.
