PROCEEDINGS SPECIAL MEETING PLEASANT DALE BOARD OF TRUSTEES The following is a condensed version of the minutes from the December 14, 2015 Special meeting of the Pleasant Dale Board of Trustees. A complete copy of the minutes is on file with the Village Clerk’s Office and posted at the following three places: the Community Hall, U.S. Post Office, and the American Legion’s bulletin boards. The next regular meeting will be held January 14, 2016. Pleasant Dale Board of Trustees convened on December 14, 2015 at 7:05 pm. The Chair noted the posting location of the Open Meetings Act, as required by law. Present: Board Members: Mitch Bennett, Jerry McFarland, John Stevens, Leroy Trease. Chair: Linda Olson. Clerk: Wendy Charlton, Treasurer: Lisa Wolf Discussion/Action – Renew/ Change Insurance Provider. Discussion of information and quotes from Jones Insurance Agency representing Continental Western Insurance and Ball Insurance representing OneBeacon Insurance. Approved coverage with Continental Western Insurance through Jones insurance Agency for insurance for the Village and Fire Department. Discussion/Action – Water and Sewer Rate Increase Proposal. Discussion of submitted proposals and review of projected needs for maintenance and improvements. An ordinance for the rate increase will be prepared for the January 14, 2016 meeting.
