Milford ProStart students served up two dishes at the Night of Culinary ProStars in Omaha Nov. 12. The event, held at Champions Run, paired student teams with professional chef mentors to prepare and serve small plate tastings. Attendees could sample the dishes while networking with culinary industry professionals and Nebraska’s rising culinary artists. The event was hosted by the Nebraska Hospitality Association. ProStart is a high school-level organization that promotes culinary arts and gives students hands-on experience in hospitality management.
