Mayor Kelley called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. Present: Bauer, Freeman, Parks. Absent: DeLong. Nebraska Open Meetings Act requirement met. Webermeier Scholarships Review of Foundation Terms, Conflict of Interest Policy, and approved 3 new and 7 renewal scholarships. Consider amended application to licensed area at 503 1st Street, Uptown Tavern Sports Bar & Grill from VS Investment Inc. for an addition of a fenced in beer garden.
