CITY OF MILFORD Milford, Nebraska 68405 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Public Hearings will be held at the meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Milford, Nebraska at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, December 15, 2025 at the City Hall Office, 402 1st Street and at the City Council meeting of the City of Milford, Nebraska at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at the City Hall Office, 402 1st St., Milford, which meetings will be open to the public. (4) Conditional Use Permit for use of Conex trailers for the future SCC Milford Construction Trades Center (CTC) building.
