ORDINANCE NO. 913 AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM TA to R-1; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PRESCRIBING THE TIME THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND TAKE EFFECT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MILFORD, NEBRASKA Section 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from TA to R-1: The South 260’ +/- of the west 1778’ +/- of the east 1978’ +/- of Section 3, Township 9, Range 3E, Seward County, NE containing 10.3 acres more or less. Section 2. The official zoning map of the municipality shall be amended to show the foregoing zoning change. Section 3. That any other ordinance or section passed and approved prior to the passage, approval and publication or posting of this ordinance and in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage, approval, and publication or posting as required by law. Passed and approved on June 6, 2017.
