ORDINANCE NO. 914 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 1-515; TIME OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BODY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PRESCRIBING THE TIME THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND TAKE EFFECT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MILFORD, NEBRASKA: Section 1. That Chapter 1, Article 5, Section 1-515 of the Municipal Code of Milford, NE be amended as follows: MEETING; REGULAR MEETING: The meeting of the Governing Body shall be held in the meeting place of the Municipality. Regular meetings shall be held on the first (1st) Tuesday of each month at the hour of seven (7:00) o’clock P.M. At all meetings of the Council a majority of the Councilmembers shall constitute a quorum to do business. Section 2. That any other ordinance or section passed and approved prior to the passage, approval and publication or posting of this ordinance and in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage, approval, and publication or posting as required by law.
