PROCEEDINGS OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLEASANT DALE BOARD OF TRUSTEES The following is a condensed version of the minutes from the December 9, 2021, meeting of the Pleasant Dale Board of Trustees. A complete copy of the minutes is on file with the Village Clerk’s Office and posted at the following three places: the Community Hall, U.S. Post Office, and the American Legion’s bulletin boards. The next regular meeting will be held January 13, 2022. Pleasant Dale Board of Trustees convened on December 9, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. The Chair noted the posting location of the Open Meetings Act on the East Wall, as required by law. Members Present: Jerry Allen, Dennis Hill, Jeff Oehm, Leroy Trease, Leslie Thomas. Also Present –Clerk: Amber Karel. Approved the 11/11/2021 Regular Meeting Minutes. Approved the 11/11/2021 Road Plan Public Hearing Minutes. Fire – Santa had a good turn-out. Parks – Parts will be ordered for the rock wall. Streets – Notes will be added to water bills to not blow or push leaves and snow in to the streets. Water/Sewer – Water Operator-Coliform test negative. Took generator out to well for a back-up emergency plan, have to purchase a connector for it. Renewed Water operator license. Still waiting on sewer hose. Craig Vyhnalek - Insurance – Craig spoke to board. No changes have been made for insurance. Approval of Audit Waiver – Motion to approve Audit Waiver. Special Designated Liquor License for New Year’s Eve – Motion to approve SDL. Approve Cost for Culvert – Motion to approve the cost for culvert. Seal Cracks in Street – Tabled. Batteries for Siren and Battery Charger for Siren in Park - Motion to approve cost for batteries. Elect Chair of Village Board, Elect Vice-Chair of Village Board, Appoint Commissioners – Motion to combined the three business items and all stays the same. Appoint Village Clerk/Treasurer, Attorney, Engineer, Street Superintendent, Water/Sewer Operator, Building Inspector, Health Board, Nuisance Hearing Officer, Others-Zoning Admin – Motion to adopt slate. Reappoint P/Z Members to three year term – Tabled. Approve Contract with Gabriel, Burger & Else, CPA PC for Accounting Services – Motion to approve. Appoint Committee Members – Motion to keep committees the same. Designate method of reasonable advanced published notice and locations of posting – Motion to keep the same. Approved the follwing Revenue Report and Claims.
