PROCEEDINGS OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLEASANT DALE BOARD OF TRUSTEES The following is a condensed version of the minutes from the October 10th 2024 regular meeting for the Pleasant Dale Board of Trustees. A complete copy of the minutes is on file with the Village. Clerk’s Office and posted at the following three places: the Community Hall, U.S. Post Office, and the American Legion’s bulletin boards The next regular meeting will be held on November 14th, 2024 at 7:00pm. Pleasant Dale Board of Trustees convened on October 10th 2024 at 7:00 p.m. The Chair noted the posting location of the Open Meetings Act on the East Wall, as required by law. Members Present: Dennis Hill, Jeff Oehm, Jack Jurgens, Leroy Trease, and Leslie Thomas Also, Present – Clerk: Kristi Bridgford Approval of the 9/12/2024 Budget and Property Tax Hearing Meeting Minutes. Moved by Trease, seconded by Hill Affirmative Vote: Motion Carried. Approval of the 9/12/2024 One and six Street Improvements Hearing Meeting Minutes. Moved by Hill, seconded by Trease. Affirmative Vote: Motion Carried. Approval of the 9/12/2024 Regular Meeting Minutes. Moved by Trease Seconded by Oehm. Affirmative Vote: Motion Carried. Commissioner’s Reports Buildings –Nothing to Report Fire –Assisted a house burn. Parks – Nothing to Report Streets –Alley Complaint-. Approach to bridge Water/Sewer –Coliform negative, one house sample to be taken due to high lead. Well Motor issues. Other Reports Planning and Zoning –3rd quarter meeting in December- Sheriff’s Report-Emailed to board Building Inspector/Permits –0 new Business (Review, discuss, approve) Park Pea Gravel/weeds/spray-Tabled-waiting for a bid Gravel for Streets-60-ton left-over high-quality rock for streets armor coat. Saving approximately 30% Oehm made a motion to approve the purchase of the gravel for the streets. Seconded by Trease. Affirmative Voting. Motion Carried. Village Wells-Tabled. Rural Fire District-Deposit into account. Program compliance Interlock Agreement Resolution 2024-08- Trease made a motion to adopt Resolution 2024-08 program compliance interlock agreement. Seconded by Jurgens. Affirmative Vote: Motion Carried. Ball Field Equipment Shed-Tabled GWorks system upgrading to cloud- Oehm made a motion, Seconded by Trease. Affirmative Vote: Motion Carried.
